Scope of engagement

Services include e-commerce operations and Digital Marketing through the Starter, Growth or Scale company packages. Marketplaces, SKUs, channels, workstreams, ownership and deliverables are defined in the agreed scope.

Service fees and additional costs

Service fees exclude media spend, platform fees, third-party software/licenses, KOL/KOC/Affiliate fees, professional production, livestream costs, logistics/fulfillment, technology development, external specialists and other third-party expenses unless otherwise stated. Additional costs are quoted and approved before execution.

Listed prices are monthly fees in VND. Tax, payment schedules, engagement duration and invoicing conditions are confirmed in the quotation or contract, rather than assumed from website content.

Objectives and reporting

KPIs are agreed project objectives, not guarantees of revenue or profit. Starter includes monthly reporting; Growth and Scale include weekly and monthly reporting. Results depend on products, budgets, market conditions, data and platform policies.

Coordination and access

Before execution, both parties agree required inputs, access permissions, contacts and content/budget approval workflows. Role-based access is preferred over sharing personal passwords.

Changes, pauses and termination

Out-of-scope requests require prior agreement on fees and timing. Pause, termination, refund, asset ownership and handover terms will be set out in the contract; this draft does not establish those conditions.
